M.C. Magma Studio, galleria e project room per l'arte contemporanea, è stata ideata e fondata nel 1999 da Manlio Caropreso a Milano come operazione artistica sviluppata intorno al concetto di Propaganda. Su quest'idea, prima del 1999, Manlio Caropreso è stato artisticamente impegnato per molti anni, producendo diverse mostre personali. La linea che definisce il programma espositivo di MC Magma è decisamente supercontemporanea, velocissima nel presentare in anteprima artisti internazionali, promuovendo progetti selezionati di talenti emergenti, creando opportunità ad artisti, curatori, collezionisti e spettatori curiosi, nuovi e meno nuovi, relazionandoli al sistema dell'arte contemporanea internazionale. Perciò MC Magma è promotore di quelle appropriate connessioni e necessari contatti con i media e selezionati consulenti di arte contemporanea. La visuale del progetto MC Magma comprende tutte le possibilità e direzioni: pittura, fotografia, video, installazione, film, disegno, scultura, design, altro. |

M.C. Magma Studio, contemporary art gallery and project room for, was designed and founded in 1999 by Manlio Caropreso in Milan as art project developed around the concept of Propaganda. On this idea, before 1999, Manlio Caropreso was artistically committed for many years, producing several shows. The feature line of exhibiting gallery M.C.Magma's program and project studio is supercontemporary, superfast for showing premiere international artists, for promoting and supporting selected projects by emergent talents, providing opportunities to up & coming artists, curators, collectors and curious onlookers, new or less new, to the way of international contemporary art. MC Magma also promotes appropriate relationships with the media and selected contemporary art advisors. MC Magma project's view comprises work in all media and areas: painting, photography, video, installation, film, drawing, sculpture, design, other. |
